Here at Ellel Ministries we are passionate about providing places and spaces for God to meet with His people and get to the real stuff in their lives. Even as Christians, we all carry issues and brokenness to some degree or another in our hearts and God cares massively about those issues and wants to bring His healing and His freedom. Afterall, this just echoes the mission Jesus was on and His heart which we can read in Isaiah 61:1-3

Sometimes we just need the time and space away from the busyness of life to encounter Him.  Read below the different styles of Retreats we have running across the UK…

Healing Retreats – Free

Healing Retreats

We have held Retreats since the work began back in 1986 and we love them! We love how God moves in these free opportunities (either 1, 2 or 3 days) for our guests to come and receive from Him in a very personal unique way. The Healing Retreats are a mix of teaching, time to share the real struggles of life with two of our confidential prayer ministry team, to have time to rest and reflect, and to receive prayer. We always tell our Ministry Team their job is like the story in Mark 2:2-11 where the friends lowered their friend to Jesus. Our Ministry Team will listen to your wrestles, they will listen to the Holy Spirit, perhaps ask questions, and pray for you in Jesus’ name. God does the rest and we see Him do incredible works of healing and bringing freedom from the enemy.

Reflect Days – Free

Reflect Days

These are days for gentle introduction to the work of Ellel and opportunity to encounter Him in the beautiful prayer-filled centres we have. They are free of charge and the day is a gift for you to escape the normal busyness of life and to be in His presence with creative opportunities and time to reflect and talk to Him.

These are new opportunities for our guests to come along to our centre at Ellel Grange and to spend time in a prayer-filled environment for your own personal retreat. We do make a very reasonable charge for these times.

Operation Blairmore – Small Cost

Did you know we have a retreat that is focussed just on Christians Leaders and Pastors? How incredible are the amazing testimonies we hear from the precious folk on these 10–12-day retreats. Many come burdened and weary from the pressures of leading, and they meet with God in very special personal ways. Blairmore is perfect for these safe, restful, escapes with mature Prayer Ministers to be on hand to help and guide as is needed.

We are committed at Ellel to keep providing opportunities to be a safe place for God’s children to come (in whatever condition) and find a space to be real and unpack the struggles in their hearts with caring, trusted, mature, Jesus-loving team.  We want to keep offering times of retreat in His presence for His touch!
