The work of Ellel Ministries was founded by prayer and continues to be undergirded by the prayer of our teams and of those committed to standing with us. There are various ways you can commit to stand with us through prayer and intercession.
Prayer Support Groups (or PSGs) are a network of people committed to meeting regularly to pray for the work of Ellel Ministries. Most of our centres run monthly PSGs which you are warmly invited to join in. If you are not local to a centre there may be a PSG run near to you. These are often hosted in a person’s own home and are informal but hugely encouraging times.
PSGs follow a similar format worldwide, with a short time of praise and worship, a Scripture or two to focus on and then focussed prayer using the International Prayer Update as a foundation for the prayers.
If you would like to join a local PSG and are not sure which one is closest to you, or if you are interested in hosting a PSG of your own, please contact our Head Office Prayer Department who would love to hear from you.
The International Prayer Update (or IPU) is published every two months and contains short snapshots of news from every Ellel work worldwide, including praise points and prayer needs. It is designed to help focus your prayers on the specific needs of works and centres around the world.

If you wish to pray for us regularly, we have put together a weekly calendar to help you focus your prayers. It provides prayer pointers for every day of the week to help structure your prayer time and covers key areas of the ministry.
Our desire is that our prayers would be effective, targeted and unified, however much physical distance separates us. We hope that by following this calendar, you can feel part of a wider group of intercessors and draw encouragement from that.
