Ellel Grange is the International Headquarters of the ministry and is where the work began, back in 1986. It is a beautiful country house, from which we offer a wide selection of healing and training events.
Here at Ellel Grange it is our heartfelt prayer that all our guests meet with the Lord and feel His welcome as they come through the doors of this beautiful building. God is doing amazing things here in the lives of His children and we, along with all of the team, would love to welcome you here with us to experience a fresh touch from Him in your own life.
We have many different courses depending on where you are at in your walk with Jesus. These include unique single-day teaching events, to long-weekends that host courses such as our deeply impacting Healing through Creativity experience. Many of our courses include the opportunity to receive life-changing prayer ministry alongside practical teaching and training. For those that just want to focus on receiving personal healing prayer ministry, we offer free Healing Retreats.
On 31st October 1986 Ellel Grange, a country house in the North West of England, was acquired in a miraculous way. Nearly half a million pounds was required for the property and its contents and on the completion date, as Peter Horrobin sat at his desk and totalled up the gifts and loans that were available, he could hardly believe his eyes. The income that had been received exceeded the amount needed by just £6! God had worked a miracle, the building was purchased, and the work began.
Ellel Grange is the International Headquarters of Ellel Ministries. It is the first centre from which Ellel Ministries operated and we have been busy holding healing and training events, seeing God move here in this place since October 1986. The ministry has grown enormously with centres now in over 30 countries around the world. We have a full-time team of approximately 35 people which is made up of amazing men and women of all ages and from all over the world. We also have a wonderful volunteer ministry team who come in to help on our events. We are tremendously blessed with a fabulous building – Ellel Grange is an Italianate villa, finished in 1859, in the same style as Queen Victoria’s Osborne House on the Isle of Wight.
It isn’t just a cliche, I am a new person.

Ellel Grange, like all other Ellel centres relies on the free-will giving of God’s people to support the ministry. This giving enables us to continue offering personal prayer ministry free of charge to those in need and so with each gift comes the potential for a changed life! Our centres also need regular maintenance and sometimes significant projects are required to enable us to keep going with the vision God has given us. If you would like to specifically financially support the Ellel Grange centre please use this simple form. Alternatively please send a cheque payable to ‘Ellel Ministries’ to the address shown in the ‘Contact’ section of this page. Thank you for your support.
