As a healing ministry, we believe that personal spiritual growth of individuals is vital to the growth and effectiveness of a church.
A key part of the vision for Ellel Ministries is to be a resource to the local church by encouraging and assisting pastors and leaders in their work of seeing believers become healthy, effective disciples, whose lives are both honouring God and attracting other people to Him.
Equally, we have a heart to minister to pastors and leaders who are struggling, at burn-out or even on the brink of giving up. Leadership can be a lonely place, carrying many burdens of others but having nowhere or no one to turn to for their own struggles. We place a high priority in meeting the personal needs of pastors and leaders, in particular at Ellel Scotland through Operation Blairmore.
A team visits a local church (or group of churches) to lead a teaching and ministry event.
Special events designed for leaders, including relevant teaching and some personal ministry.
Operation Blairmore is designed just for leaders offering time away with God in a safe, confidential environment.
