HOPE Conference in Manchester

Back in October, the whole Ellel Grange team packed into two minibuses and we headed off early morning to The Message Trust in Manchester. We might have been half asleep with such an early wake-up but we were pumped at the thought of all God was going to do in the lives of those who came along to the Conference.

Hope was the topic and title of the day!

We intentionally kept the price low and the sessions short and punchy to try and reach and relate to a different audience. It was so great to go where the people are and to share the good news of HOPE… the good news of Jesus!

Tom Wood led the worship times with a brilliant group of musicians and they set the focus for the day with our hearts set on Him – it was loud, powerful, modern and lifting Jesus high! The teachings were totally different with it being much more conversational and sharing deep truths in a more laid back, relaxed style.

It might have been a bit different from our normal events, but it certainly didn’t stop God from touching lives! He moved powerfully and all over the room people were meeting with Jesus, doing business with Him at the cross and being prayed for!
