About the Course

Restoration Weeks are an insightful blend of teaching and ministry, designed to build you back up from a place of woundedness into renewal. Ellel Glyndley Manor runs four different Restoration Weeks every year, each having a different teaching theme woven in.

Rebuilding Lives

We have all had bad experiences in our lives and many of us continue to be held back by ongoing disorder, spiritual bondage and wounding which can make our lives a daily struggle. Just like damaged buildings, if our foundations are damaged (through fear, rejection, trauma or any other issues) then we can find ourselves with ongoing issues that make us feel unstable or even about to fall down.

This Restoration Week provides you with an opportunity to understand and explore the causes of damage in your life and how living in a fallen world has negatively impacted you. Maybe you are locked into wrong behaviours, unhelpful cycles or struggling with relationships; there are any number of presenting issues that indicate a foundation that is in need of restoration.

God’s desire is for wholeness and freedom for every part of your being, so that you can fulfil the destiny and future He has prepared for you. Sometimes restoration of the foundational problems can bring you an extraordinary new lease of life and freedom. In our experience, God has amazing ways of bringing restoration to spirit, soul and body during these weeks.

The Week's Format

Personal restoration requires a gentle process and takes time, so we run a week-long event focussed on taking you into a deeper relationship with God. It gives you the time and space to refocus on God and for Him to work in and through you. There is a way to move forward in your life and walk with God unhindered, and this week aims to build your faith in Him as your provider and father.

The first three days of the Restoration Week centres on teaching and times of fellowship. This time includes a unique experience via our Ellel Ministries creative workshops, which for many has been a wonderfully effective part of their inner healing process. After a free day for rest and assimilation of the teaching, the second half of the week is made up of shorter and more specific teaching sessions with the opportunity to receive personal ministry.

Allow Jesus to minister to places only He and the Holy Spirit can reach, to open the way for true healing. In Christ, we have full hope of His healing and here at Ellel Ministries we have received testimony after testimony of lives changed! God is faithful. Come expectant, to receive God’s love in your life over this special Restoration Week, available at our centre at Ellel Glyndley Manor.

WHO ARE RESTORATION WEEKS FOR?

Any Christian looking for answers to their brokenness and yearn inner healing.

For those looking for insight and personal ministry on the subject of our current topics.

Ideal if you have limited time to take away from family or work commitments.

Anyone looking for a follow on from a healing retreat (but not a requirement to join this course).

Your gentle and loving reflection of the acceptance and truths of who I am in Jesus has opened a window in my soul to let the sunshine (hope) in. I have bathed in this loving embrace (atmosphere) since I arrived and I feel the deep restoration work being done deep deep down.
