Since being a small child I have loved anything creative. Colour pattern, texture and collage..... doodling, painting, colouring and sketching.....sewing, knitting, applique and embroidery. These have always been my favourite things and are a key element in all my work. I graduated in 1994 with a degree in Fine Art and Textile design from Leeds University. Since then I've worked as a freelance artist on a number of projects and commissions, including gift wrap, greeting cards, educational resources and private bespoke commissions. I am a Christian and my faith underpins all my work. Much of it is directly inspired by scripture with words and phrases intertwined with images. All of my creativity stems from being created in the image of Creator God.
