By supporting the work of Ellel Ministries you can help change the tide of increasing brokenness in the world and enable people to receive healing and restoration in Jesus’ name.
As modern-day culture moves further away from God and His ways, so the level of brokenness increases. We live in times of great insecurity, fear, family breakdown and trauma and we see the impact of this in the lives of those who come to our centres. Many are without hope, wondering if God is able to meet their innermost needs.
However, in this increasing darkness, God’s light shines ever brighter and, simply put, our mission is to bring God’s love and restoration to His people and to equip the Church to do the same. This builds strong, healthy followers of Jesus who can reach out into the darkness and mess of the world to bring hope and life to those in need.
If you long to see God’s people and His Church restored and set on fire with renewed passion, please consider supporting Ellel Ministries financially.
Below you will find different ways to support the ministry financially.
Donations make up a significant portion of our annual income and we simply couldn’t do what we do without your support! Your donation, large or small, will help us to continue operating through our centres and seeing lives impacted and transformed by the Lord.
Our monthly supporters are a very special group of partners with us in the ministry. You can choose to support the international work or the work in the UK and Ireland and your monthly gift will help us to build a strong foundation for the ministry to operate from.
Including Ellel Ministries in your will is easier than you might think, and it can have a significant impact on the future and fruitfulness of the ministry.
Legacy GivingYour donation qualifies for Gift Aid if you pay tax in the UK, and have signed the Gift Aid declaration. Every £1 that you donate with Gift Aid is worth £1.25 to Ellel Ministries at no extra cost to you. Please select ‘Gift Aid’ when you process your donation using our form above.
You can also support the ministry in the following ways…
Payments to our bank accounts can be made to the following accounts depending on where you would like your donation to be allocated. Please email giving@ellel.org stating the transfer date, the amount donated and whether you are wanting to Gift Aid your donation so that our team can then know to look out for your gift and acknowledge it appropriately.

Thank you Jesus, my Saviour. I love you. Thank you for healing me. Thank you for setting me free.
We take our financial responsibility very seriously and don’t take donations for granted. We believe we have been entrusted with a precious resource and are constantly seeking God for the best way to use those resources to enable the most fruitfulness. Please see our questions below for more information about how the finances of the ministry work.
As a registered charity (The Christian Trust), Ellel Ministries is regulated by the Charity Commission for England and Wales. Our accounts are independently audited each year and available online through the Charity Commission website. We are also registered with the Fundraising Regulator and have committed to follow their guidance on fundraising policy. Below are two documents – the Fundraising Promise that we have committed to through the Fundraising Regulator and a Complaints Procedure.
We earn approximately 55% of our annual income through selling events and resources. The remainder of our budget (approximately 45%) is received through donation income. Ellel Ministries is not a church in the traditional sense and so does not benefit from regular tithed income from church members.
We never charge for Healing Retreats (3-day residential events) or personal ministry appointments and we offer a number of free events each year. We offer many free resources on our website and regularly sponsor pastors and leaders on our longer training programmes. We do charge for our other events and this enables us to generate the income needed to offer the above without charge.
Our centres often give people the impression that we are a wealthy ministry, but this is far from the case. We believe God provided the centres we have in order that there would be beautiful and restful places for His people to come and receive from Him (as part of the ‘welcome’ vision in Luke 9:11) but establishing each one has been a huge step of faith.
As a charity we are not able to pay commercial salaries but we do have an allowance structure that seeks to pay people according to their needs. Some volunteer their time freely, others live on lower allowances as part of our live-in communities at the centres and others live out of the centres earning at least the National Living Wage. Even the highest team allowances are around the UK average wage.
Whether you’re an existing donor to Ellel Ministries or are considering making a donation, you can find answers below to some common questions…
Yes you can! You can send a cheque payable to Ellel Ministries to:
Giving, Ellel Grange, Bay Horse, Lancaster, LA2 0HN, UK
Alternatively, if you would rather your gift went to a specific centre then you can send your cheque (still payable to Ellel Ministries) to the centre. You can find the addresses on our ‘Contact Us‘ page.
All regular giving is allocated to the UK ‘general funds’ which allows us to focus on where the need is greatest. For one-off gifts you can either have the funds go to Ellel UK as a whole or you can specify the centre you would like your gift to be allocated. If you give in response to a specific appeal (i.e. for the international mission work of Ellel Ministries or for a building project) then those funds will be restricted to that particular cause or project.
Thanks for thinking of Ellel Ministries in this way – legacies make a very important contribution to our fundraising. You can find out more on our legacy giving page.
Regular giving is the best way to support Ellel Ministries because it lets us plan more effectively and provides a more secure source of income to the ministry. The regular giving income goes to support the whole work of Ellel Ministries in the UK and Ireland. You can also set up a regular gift to support the international work of the ministry which supports all centres – especially those in poorer nations where support is needed most.
Yes, absolutely! You can send a cheque to us payable to Ellel Ministries or you can make a bank transfer using the details above. Please try to send us a covering note (by post or by email to giving@ellel.org) sharing which church the donation is from and who should receive the acknowledgement. Thank you for your support.
